Lync Platform Library can be used as Lync client where programmatic call control is needed. It is best suited for building call attendents, IVR, quality management recording and desktop CTI client applications. |
| It provides a very high level abstraction to the underlying SIP, RTP, SRTP layer when communicating with the Lync front-end telephony services. |
