  • If you have an order ID and can not run the license installer from the host machine please use the form below.
    Once you click on 'Retrieve License' and providing the Order ID was found, you will be emailed instructions showing you how to unlock the trial version.

  • If you have lost your order ID or have not received the order confirmation email after purchase please use the form below.
    Once you click on 'Retrieve Order' and providing the Paypal email address you provided was found, you will be emailed your order ID.
    Note: The instructions will be sent to the Paypal registered email address or the address used when payment was made.
